Notes and Observations:
The On-Board Lan chip was not detected by the normal install , you must get driver file nforce-linux-x86-1.0-0310-pkg1.run and set it up. It is available as of this writing at: http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/nforce/1.0-0310/NFORCE-Linux-x86-1.0-0310-pkg1.run
