Notes and Observations:
The LISA installation system fails to automatically configure the parallel port driver.
After completion of a LISA based installation, edit /etc/rc.d/rc.local and add the following lines to the end of the file in order to automatically load the parallel port driver at bootup:
/sbin/insmod parport_pc
/sbin/insmod parport_probe
/sbin/insmod lp
