Notes and Observations:
The ThinkPad will boot and use the external monitor or the LCD, but does not switch to the LCD or to dual mode with the FN key. The Intel® (82573L) Ethernet 10 / 100 / 1000 e1000 card was not set up by RedHat WS 4.0, you must get the driver from this location: http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df-external/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=2198 and set it up. During test the driver could load but the wireless network was not operational.
